- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and organize files.
- Assist in managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handle inquiries from tenants and clients professionally.
- Support the team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
