Looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with a major utilities provider company!
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Mon-Fri in Office; Fridays remote after training)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay rate: 24-28$ per hour (according to experience)
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 1-year duration (with possible extension)
Start date: 2nd or 3rd week of February
Summary
High-level administrative support professional serving as the primary information and communication manager. Responsible for conducting research, managing documentation flow, and streamlining office operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Office Management: Oversee supplies, record-keeping, basic bookkeeping, and mail distribution.

Documentation: Draft, file, and retrieve reports, financial statements, invoices, and professional correspondence. Heavy PDF creation and files organization.

Communication: Manage high-volume emails and faxes; respond to routine inquiries promptly.

Technical Integration: Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience; High School Diploma or GED required. Natural Gas or engineering industry experience/knowledge highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Poficiency in SAP and MS Office. required.

Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, interpersonal communication, and time management.

Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
