Administrative Assistant – Office Administrator (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Braintree, MA
Position Type: Full-Time (onsite)
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Zoom Meeting Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities-
Answer and route incoming calls professionally; respond to inquiries and provide accurate information

Assist clients with training registration, scheduling, and general support

Manage and maintain executive calendars and coordinate appointments

Organize and support online events and training sessions via Zoom

Prepare and maintain reports, client materials, and documentation

Occasionally assist with on-site event setup and coordination (early start required at times)

Maintain strong internal communication with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Minimum 3 years of administrative or office support experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with CRM or database software

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive, team-oriented mindset

Stable work history and reliable transportation
