What's a typical day as a Fulfillment Associate? You'll be:

• Processing filings and document orders with various state government agencies

• Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure accurate and timely service

• Reviewing incoming requests and fulfilling orders in compliance with regulations

• Learning jurisdictional rules, regulations, and internal systems

• Participating in team meetings to share ideas and suggest process improvements

• Contributing to overall customer satisfaction and organizational success

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A High School Diploma or GED (required)

• 1+ year of experience in administrative support, customer service, processing, or production

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly

• The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills with poise, tact, and professionalism

• Great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
