Work Environment: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

  • Efficiency: Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and travel for senior management.
  • Communication: Handle sensitive correspondence ensuring confidentiality.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and report on administrative activities and progress.
  • Resource Management: Maintain office supplies ensuring availability.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.

This Job is for You if You Have:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills for effective high-level interaction.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and solve complex situations.
  • Attention to Detail: Manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience: 8+ years supporting leadership as a Senior Administrative professional.
  • Education: HS diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification preferred.
