Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20 - $22 an hour

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Answering phones, typing documents, ordering office supplies, maintaining department files, and reporting to the department manager.
• Utilizing computer software such as Word, Excel, and SAP to produce reports and presentations.
• Handling incoming customer inquiries and communicating cross-functionally with customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Supporting the Restoration process by placing PA on calls, analyzing data, and tracking data via the SharePoint database.
• Processing invoice requisitions, reconciling purchase and card statements, and making travel arrangements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent computer software skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and various software programs, with proficiency in SAP being a must.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possess the ability to collect and compile data efficiently and make administrative decisions based on your findings.
• Are capable of multi-tasking and using time management skills to coordinate multiple customer requests.
