Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Onsite, Sun Zia Wind Farm, Corona, NM

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
• Managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting visitors.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
• Scheduling and assigning administrative projects to expedite work results.
• Exhibiting professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Supporting team efforts through organization and strong communication.
• Ensuring operation of office equipment by performing preventive maintenance, arranging for repairs, and maintaining inventories.
• Managing supply inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and expediting supply delivery.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple concurrent tasks.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
• Possess strong administrative writing skills and display professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Have a high school diploma or GED with three years of relevant professional experience.
• Hold a valid driver's license with the ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.
