Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$28 per hour to $35 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our top client in Sabine Pass, TX. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, assisting managers and employees through various organizational and communication tasks. This role will often serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Management, Support, and Data Entry:
- Inputting and updating data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verifying and correcting data, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Organizing and maintaining data while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Coordinating office procedures and executing them efficiently.
- Entering data into designated systems (SAP/S4 Hana) and managing digital and physical files.
- Assisting with report creation and maintaining existing databases.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for managers and employees.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, making travel arrangements.
- Booking conference calls and managing necessary resources.
- Drafting and distributing emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining updated databases.
- Handling sensitive information confidentially.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven administrative experience (preferably in oil & gas)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency with SAP/S4 Hana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
