Now hiring a Donations Administrative Assistant for our premier nonprofit organization based in Little Rock, AR!
Pay: $21.63/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Position Type: Temporary (9/1/25-3/1/26)
Location: Little Rock, AR 72202
Job Summary: Provides superior service for Company Donors by quickly and accurately processing transactions, updating records, and ensuring all donor requests are completed to the best of our ability.
Responsibilities:
- Process all types of batches including Appeal, White Mail, BillPay, FOH, and Wire Transfers.
- Capture all information necessary from transactions in batch including donation information, donor data, coding, donor requests, and any other information as needed.
- Review transactions from Agilis, updating records to ensure accuracy.
- Forward any special donor requests to the appropriate departments.
- Process removes and comment batches, updating donor records appropriately.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of computer programs including Zoom, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Web browsers.
- Ability to learn new information and apply it quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of related data entry, administrative support, or clerical work
- Prior work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where deadlines and accuracy are equally important
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector with awareness of the context in which non-profit organizations operate.
- Knowledge of computers as a tool for data entry, spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail and accessing web information.
- Above-average interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use all standard office equipment including fax machine, copier, electronic mail and telephone.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential donor and internal information.
- Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks with moderate supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with a culturally diverse group of people.
- May require constant sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional bending and lifting of up to 20 pounds (9 kilograms) floor to waist.
- Ability to easily adapt to change.
