Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin/Customer Service candidate located in Troy, Mi. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Pay rate: $19.00 an hour
Temporary role at this time: 1–4-month opportunity
Work hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with possibility of working on Saturdays if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet the Customer, either by telephone or in person.
- Listen to the Customer's needs.
- Enter their information into the Computer System.
- Become familiar with the capabilities of the Store, the Store Manager and the Store Personnel.
- Potentially assist in preparing estimates and possibly present to the Customer.
- Upon the completion of the work, collect payment for the work (either by credit card or by cash) and use the computer to prepare an Invoice which you will ask the customer to sign and then provide the invoice to the customer
- Do follow-up calls to the customer to make sure that they are happy with the work we performed.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Previous Administrative experience answering phones and greeting visitors.

Outgoing Friendly Personality, go getter attitude.

Excellent organizational skills.
