Kelly Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a busy Educational facility located in Orlando, FL 32816
Location: In-person (Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week) Mon-Fri
Special Requirement: Open Availability for an event on November 7-8, 2025
Pay- $20/hour
Temp until the mid-November. (project assignment) Could become permanent for the right candidate.
Position Overview:
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant II, where your professional attitude, attention to detail, and communication skills will support our organization's daily operations and annual events. This is a part-time role, with added responsibility surrounding our major event on November 7-8, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively via email and in person with staff
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Collaborate and work well with team members and external contacts
- Assist with annual meeting registration, certificates, presentations, and other event preparations
- Complete special projects and any other tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Data entry and management as needed
- Meet deadlines while staying organized
- Excellent people and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and special projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office applications
- Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks by assigned deadlines
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters
- Availability to work between 20-30 hours per week, plus on November 7-8, 2025 for an annual event
