- Pay Rate: $24.69/hr
- Location: Phoenix AZ 85007
- Set up: Hybrid – One day a week onsite, four days remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: 3 month-contract
- Review, process, monitor, and manage contract rates for DDD Contract Administration.
- Collaborate with DDD Central Office Programs (Business Operations, Quality Assurance, Health Care Services, Provider Network Services, State-Operated Residential programs, Office of Licensing, Certification and Regulation (OLCR), DES Office of Procurement (OP)), contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of information, completeness of documentation, and verify contract and rate compliance with regulatory requirements for Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) providers—facilitating payments associated with QVA, IPA, and SPC contracts.
- Manage other contract activities including amendments, terminations, confidentiality statements, meetings, reports, and correspondence.
- At least 1 year of experience within a finance or business operations company.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of Title XIX (AHCCCS) Federal and State laws/statutes concerning contracting, billing, and payments.
- Strong abilities in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining documents/forms relevant to DDD policies, procedures, and standard work.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in negotiation, problem solving, logical reasoning, and decision making.
- Experience creating and maintaining complex, automated record-keeping and tracking systems using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of thriving in a hybrid telework/office environment.
- Experience with Google and Microsoft spreadsheets.
