Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

  • Facilitate effective communication with students, staff, and parents.
  • Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, data entry, and student enrollment efficiently.
  • Assist the principal by performing a variety of tasks related to school procedures and functions.
  • Maintain a welcoming and effective relationship among community members, parents, students, and staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous secretarial experience (3 years preferred) with experience in an educational setting.
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum of 55 words per minute.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred, with strong knowledge of English; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
