Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Pay Rate: $37-$40 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
12 month contract with possible extension

Company Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant III to support our Employee Development & Staffing (ED&S) team with one of our premier clients in Spring, TX . This position plays a critical role in ensuring our department operates efficiently and effectively.

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant III will provide comprehensive administrative support to the ED&S team, including but not limited to calendaring, meeting coordination, catering orders, access management, and the onboarding of new team members.

Main Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Obtain supplies and sort/distribute mail as needed.
  • Work on special projects that include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating expertise in administrative functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service experience.
  • Professional certification in administration is preferred.
