Schedule: Part-Time Monday – Friday between 8am-5pm (15-20 hours per week)
*** Assignment is covering FMLA for 4 months.
Payrate: $17.85 per hour
Location: Flower Mound, TX

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
  • Providing general administrative support to a department or group of professionals, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Coordinating and planning internal meetings and events, including communication, scheduling, and utilization of conference rooms and common areas.
  • Supporting the facility tour process by scheduling and booking tours as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of processes and procedures.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to analyze complex information requests.
  • Are proficient in scheduling and coordinating events, with a keen attention to detail.
