What's a typical day as Application Technician? You'll be:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of Tungsten Carbide and Stellite application to a variety of part geometries
  • Applying carbide and braze cloths according to standard operating procedures and engineering drawings
  • Using measuring instruments and performing basic math calculations to ensure precision and accuracy
  • Following specific recipes for slurry mixing and safely handling all required materials and tools
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and consistently wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift/carry up to 33 lbs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and follow detailed instructions
  • Are committed to working safely and meeting established production goals
  • Prefer previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting (a plus)
