AR Clerical Support – Honda Marysville, OH
Location: Marysville, Ohio (MAP Facility)
Pay Rate: 16 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Position Overview
The AR Clerical Support role provides essential administrative assistance to the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities

Enter data into the Case Management System to support AR operations

Create and prepare documents and mailings for associates

Maintain organized files of associate paperwork

Assist associates with basic questions and help them access internal websites or kiosks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of accuracy in data entry

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Familiarity with Kronos is a plus
