Description
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, detailed documentation, and supporting scientific and records-management activities.
You will assist with reviewing and organizing archived materials, managing study-related records, handling specimens, documenting processes, and supporting the overall archival workflow. If you've worked in recordkeeping, lab support, administrative operations, or any environment requiring strong accuracy and organization, this could be an excellent fit.

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Opportunity for OT
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Support receipt, login, distribution, and disposal of materials submitted for archival processing.

Manage study-related records, biological specimens, and samples in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Organize, file, store, retrieve, and maintain archived materials using the archival management system.

Review data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to protocols.

Assist internal and external teams with requests for archived records or study materials.

Maintain archive integrity and follow required security procedures.

HS Diploma, GED, or Associate's degree.

1–2 years of experience in archival support, document management, lab support, or similar fields.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle records, specimens, and sensitive materials accurately and safely.

Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn validated systems.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
