Job Title: Assembler
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)

The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures that the company meets quality, safety, and productivity standards while satisfying customer requirements. Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct requirements.
  • Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials; wire basic electrical connections per applicable diagrams.
  • Inspect products to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
  • Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools.
  • Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products utilizing lifting equipment when available.
  • Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position material and accessory components.
  • Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping materials.
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
Required Skills:
  • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workday.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs independently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Must be able to climb and balance.
  • Must be able to use hands to reach, handle, and feel.
  • Must be able to visually inspect products.
  • Must have manual dexterity in hands for tool usage.
Required Experience:
  • GED or High School Diploma preferred.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing or construction experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English.
