Job Summary: The Assembly Associate will be responsible for producing basic components, sub-assemblies, final assemblies to blueprint and work orders.

  • Job Type: Temporary to Hire
  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday – 6:30am to 3pm
  • Pay Rate: $19 Hourly

Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED).
  • Knowledge and usage of basic shop math.
  • Prior experience working with and mixing chemicals.
  • Must be able to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
  • Mechanical assembly or construction experience preferred.
  • Work overtime as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce basic components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to blueprint and work instructions.
  • Competency in performing the following tasks:
  • Assembly indicator no bimetal.
  • Operate arbor and hydraulic presses.
  • Spin and assembly sub- assemblies.
  • Magnetizing.
  • Swage filters.
  • Deltadyne test and proof assemblies.
  • Testing of leaks within the assemblies.
  • Assembly and set basic indicators.
  • Assembly hex indicators.
  • Assembly armatures
  • Understand and use all measuring equipment.
  • Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with little supervision.
  • Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
