Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Jonestown, PA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Overnight)
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr
Category: Light Industrial Summary 
This role involves operating automatic and semi-automatic machines to assemble small components, inspecting finished products, and preparing materials for shipment. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in light industrial or manufacturing settings, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Jonestown, PA. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow their skills in light industrial assembly. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines
  • Load reels of strip terminals and housings onto assembly machines
  • Perform fine adjustments to properly align mating parts
  • Clear jams and inspect finished products using microscopes, calipers, and gages (training provided)
  • Prepare completed reels for transport to designated areas
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in light industrial/manufacturing roles preferred
  • Ability to perform visual inspections with precision instruments (microscope, calipers, gages)
  • High energy, strong attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Willingness to learn and advance in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 37 lbs.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 39.5 lbs. of force
  • Frequent standing throughout the shift
