Assembly Technician – Direct Hire | Aerospace Manufacturing | Clyde, NY

We're hiring Direct Hire Assembly Technicians to join a growing aerospace manufacturer in Clyde, NY, where your work directly supports innovation in flight and defense.
This is not a temp role you'll be hired directly with the company, with full access to benefits, career growth, and stability.
Pay & Shifts:
- Starting Pay: $17.00 – $21.50/hour (based on shift and experience)
Schedule Options:
- A Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday)
- B Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Monday – Friday)
- C Shift: 10:30pm – 6:30am (Sunday – Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling and testing aerospace components (mechanical and electrical)
- Reading blueprints and working from technical drawings
- Using hand and power tools to build high-precision parts
- Inspecting parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Deburring and finishing machined surfaces
- Meeting production and quality standards
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or related industries a plus
- Comfortable using tools and reading technical instructions
- Reliable, quality-focused, and ready to grow with a great team
