Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Hire
- Location: Conyers, GA
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday-Thursday, 1st Shift (6 AM - 4:30 PM) over time is done on Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform simple production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, equipment, and accessories.
- Utilize manual operations to ensure quality and efficiency in assembly processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous assembly manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
