• B Shift: $17.60/hour
• C Shift: $18.40/hour

Are you looking for a hands-on job in a clean, team-focused environment? We are currently seeking Light Assembly Workers to join our growing production team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manually stack, feed, and unload products during production
• Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials accurately
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–40 lbs]
• Previous assembly or production experience is a plus but not required
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
