Now Hiring: Assembly Workers – Food Production Facility (Chicago Heights, IL)
 
Location: Chicago Heights, IL 60411
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM, Monday–Friday)
Mandatory Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $15hr - $16hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: 50–60°F temperature-controlled facility
 
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Workers to join our growing food production team in Chicago Heights, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting food products to ensure they meet company quality, safety, and production standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production tasks in accordance with company specifications.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet production goals.

 
Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory Saturday overtime.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes oil & slip resistant is required.
