Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote but must be within 65 miles from Little Rock AR
- Pay Rate: $20.72
- Shift: Mon-Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration and implementation of contracts.
- Maintain and manage contract-related databases.
- Support the enterprise in contract management to ensure professionalism and adherence to standards.
- Validate invoices against contracts before processing.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth contract operations.
- Participate in quality control processes to mitigate risks.
- Learn and adapt to the unique contract nuances and grandfathered agreements within the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in contract administration, compliance, procurement, or legal is desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in planning and workflow analysis.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships within the team.
