Kelly® is seeking Batching Machine Operator to work at a cutting-edge facility in Orange, CA, with a planned move to Pomona in June of 2025. You must be able to work and or commute the areas mentioned. 

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21.50 per hour

What's a typical day as a Batching Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products that meet industry standards.
- Batching and working with composites to meet production requirements efficiently.
- Following manufacturing instructions and measuring ingredients accurately to ensure product quality.
- Mixing chemicals together according to detailed instructions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Paying great attention to detail in your work to maintain high standards.
- Leveraging your computer skills to support operational tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience as a Machine Operator, showcasing your ability to handle machinery.
- Have experience with batching and working with composites (a plus).
- Are comfortable working around chemicals in a safe environment.
- Can follow manufacturing instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Have excellent attention to detail in your work, ensuring precision in every task.
- Are computer savvy, enhancing your operational capabilities.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED, providing a solid educational foundation.
