Part-Time Behavior Technician – Worcester, PA

We are seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support students within a learning center setting in Worcester, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and supporting positive behavioral growth in a structured, collaborative environment.

Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
2:50 PM – 6:15 PM

This role is ideal for individuals looking for consistent afternoon hours, including students, early-career professionals, or those seeking part-time supplemental work.

What You'll Do:
• Support students using individualized behavior plans and strategies
• Work closely with educational and clinical teams
• Help create a positive, structured learning environment
• Implement behavior support strategies under supervision

Position Details:
• Learning center-based setting
• W-2 and 1099 options available
• Opportunity for additional hours or future opportunities depending on availability and program needs

Who May Be a Good Fit:
• Behavior technicians, paraprofessionals, RBTs, psychology or education students, or individuals with experience supporting children with behavioral needs
