What You'll Be Doing:
• Conducting audits and reconciliations on benefits and compensation data, identifying discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
• Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries and guiding them through enrollment, issue resolution, and plan understanding.
• Generating and analyzing reports to monitor benefit plan performance and effectiveness, supporting ongoing program improvements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure benefits administration is accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Reporting directly to the HR Manager as a key member of the HR team.

You're a Great Fit If You:
• Have relevant experience in benefits administration, compensation, or as an HR analyst.
• Possess strong Excel skills and are confident working with data sets, identifying trends, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Thrive on details, problem-solving, and providing exceptional support to internal customers.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
