Job Title: Hybrid Customer Service Professional (Bilingual French - Quebec)
Summary:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle and resolve complaints, approve resolutions, and refer unresolved grievances. This hybrid (non-call center) role requires 3 days per week in-office, and candidates must be professionally fluent in reading and writing Quebec French.
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite), flexible hours (7am-4pm, 6:30am-3:30pm, or 9am-6pm)
Compensation: $25/hr
Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and data entry with professionalism
- Approve service resolutions such as exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments
- Accurately document, review, and audit customer interactions and actions
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Analyze credits and support resolution process
- Solicit sales of new or additional products/services
- Obtain and examine relevant information for complaint validation
- Serve as escalation point for customer situations
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years' professional customer service (not call center)
- Fluent in French (Quebec): reading and writing required
- Excellent technical, data entry, documentation, and communication skills
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Mentoring and peer support abilities
