Job Title: Administrative Assistant I (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Location: NorthEast Houston 77015
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I who is bilingual in English and Spanish to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior office or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Write, type, or enter information into computer systems for correspondence, statements, and other documents

Proofread records or forms and sort/file records
-
Handle payments including cash, checks, money orders, and credit card transactions

Prepare and verify bank deposits
-
Operate standard office equipment (computer, copier, adding machine, etc.)

Process outgoing/incoming mail, including stamping and distribution

Assist with utility service orders (installation, service changes, or cancellations)

Verify contract completion and calculate service charges

Lift up to 40 pounds as needed

Run errands and perform general clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak)

Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Positive and professional attitude with co-workers and customers

Previous experience in an office or customer service setting

Ability to lift at least 40 pounds

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
