Bilingual Call Center Case Management Role (Dispatcher)
Spanish Required

Job Summary:
Join ProFloors as a Call Center/Case Management Role (Dispatcher) in the vibrant city of Portland, OR! You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between our installers and customers while resolving any issues that arise. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Company: ProFloors
- Location: Portland, OR
- Pay Rate: $25 per hour
- Shift: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all installer phone calls and assist in solving issues in the field.
- Gain and communicate customer approvals for additional work, labor, and materials as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales departments to address customer and delivery issues.
- Update all orders, add notes, and confirm that changes are communicated effectively.
- Maintain a daily installer call log and create logs for complaints and compliments.
- Provide backup customer service by converting orders from quotes to sales orders.
- Create installer warranty orders and escalate complaints to management.
- Schedule inspections as needed and accurately place orders.
- Keep customers informed until the successful completion of their installation.
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers and assist with various duties or projects as requested by management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
- Experience in property management or the flooring industry, even personal experience, is a plus.
- Prior dispatch experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (basic calculations and filling in the blanks).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
