Job Posting: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Recruiter – Manufacturing Facility

Location: Grandview, Missouri
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Project

Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) recruiter to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Grandview, Missouri. This is a 6-month, full-time project opportunity offering competitive pay and consistent weekday hours.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing roles.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Prior experience in recruiting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
