Position Overview

FloWorks is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operational teams across multiple business units and shared services. This role is focused on driving operational efficiency through data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting, while supporting data-driven decision-making for key initiatives and special projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams and thrives in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily operational activities to ensure policy compliance and identify optimization opportunities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting models related to staffing, financials, operations, inventory, freight, and KPIs

Collect, validate, analyze, and forecast data to support operational decision-making

Test and validate data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across reports and datasets

Prepare performance summaries and insights for weekly operational review meetings

Collaborate with operations teams to drive efficiency and execution toward company goals

Generate reports using ERP systems and BI tools

Support ERP imports, exports, and testing as needed

Assist accounting and finance teams with data analysis and reporting

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI development

Strong skills in data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, and forecasting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas required)

Working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools

Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, CloudSuite, or similar preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

Work Environment

Professional office setting with hybrid flexibility

Standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer)

Occasional visits to warehouse or operational sites

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Frequent computer use

Occasionally lift or carry items up to 25 lbs

Occasional exposure to warehouse/industrial environments.
