What's a typical day as Business Development Manager? You'll be:
- Achieving the company revenue business plan by establishing sales objectives and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Implementing sales programs by creating actionable field sales plans and maintaining sales volume through market analysis.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and identifying how our solutions meet them.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
- Have 5 to 10 years of experience as a sales leader in medical industry, with over 10 years of overall sales experience and a proven track record of positive sales performance.
- Possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, along with the ability to build relationships with peers and upper management.
