Description

Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Business Process Expert in the Midland, Michigan area! The Business Process Expert will be the SharePoint administrator for multiple sites, including SharePoint Teams, SharePoint Communication sites and MS Teams.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, configuring and customizing new SharePoint Communication and/or Team Sites to specifications, including testing and troubleshooting
  • Work with functional SMEs and other document administrators
  • Provide document administration activities, including file migration, records retention, compliance review, etc.
  • Initiates appropriate review process with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and to gain approval.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Expertise in copywriting techniques and standards, grammar, proofreading and strong professional writing ability.
  • Demonstrated communication and editorial skills.
  • Detail-orientation, adherence to prioritization and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Teams, is preferred
  • Proficiency in SharePoint – both Teams and Communication sites – is preferred
  • Previous experience in managing content on Intranet sites is preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML and other programming languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in File Share Management (FSM) and Share Gate is a plus
  • Proficiency in Power Apps is a plus
  • Previous experience in technical writing, including procedures, processes, troubleshooting guides, job aids, etc. is preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize core work processes and tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills, and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Ability to manage several projects and initiatives
