Now Hiring: Mechanical Design Technician (Productivity Contract CAD Designer/Technician) – Onsite, Granville, OH

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to deliver technical solutions that improve quality and productivity across our operations.
  • Create detailed 3D models and production drawings using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
  • Assist with design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of prototype process equipment for manufacturing excellence.
  • Generate models for 3D-printed prototypes and participate in prototype development and evaluation.
  • Maintain rigorous safety standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience with 3D modeling and drawing creation using CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks).
  • Skilled in assembling production-ready drawings; hands-on with mechanical equipment.
  • Manufacturing or laboratory environment experience (a plus).
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills and project/task management abilities.
  • Adaptable, accountable, resilient, and committed to high standards of teamwork and safety.
