Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$50 per hour

What's a typical day as a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner? You'll be:
• Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiating settlements and managing claims, including aspects of litigation and rehabilitation.
• Calculating and assigning reserves while preparing necessary state filings.
• Communicating effectively with claimants and clients to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Managing subrogation and recoveries to maximize efficiency and outcomes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and have 3+ years of California workers' compensation experience (5+ years in claims management preferred).
• Possess strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and technical skills.
• Have a professional certification (SIP preferred) that showcases your commitment to the field.
