Kelly Services has partnered with a leading hearing healthcare provider in Tillsonburg, ON to recruit a Client Service Administrator for a 2-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic setting, enjoys working with people, and has prior experience in a reception or administrative role—especially in a medical, physio, or dental office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as they arrive at the clinic
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing reminder calls for appointments
  • Book appointments using the internal ERP system (Blueprint)
  • Process sales transactions using the POS system
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Support daily clinic operations and assist team members as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous reception or administrative experience (medical office or clinic experience is a strong asset)
  • A friendly, professional, and client-focused personality
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment with minimal downtime
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

What's In It For YOU:

  • Pay rate: $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
  • Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
