Details:

  • Job Type: contract assignment to start
    • Potential to eventually convert to a permanent employee
    • This is dependent on performance and company needs.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible hours after training is complete)
  • Pay Rate: $20-26/hour, depending on relevant laboratory experience
  • Location: Fayetteville, AR
 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a background in science, with experience in high-complexity CLIA lab settings, and proficiency in ELISA assays and pipetting.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory testing, focusing on high-complexity assays in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Conduct ELISA assays and pipetting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow established laboratory protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain lab equipment and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Document and report results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient lab operations.
  • Ensure safety standards and cleanliness in the laboratory environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or Associate's degree in a science-related field with at least 2 years of high-complexity CLIA lab experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ELISA assays and pipetting is preferred.
  • Approximately 0-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (entry-level candidates are welcome, but more experienced applicants will also be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently after the initial training period.
