Job Summary
Join a dynamic team as a Machine Operator where precision meets productivity! Situated in a structured and focused environment, you'll be at the forefront of producing machined parts using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe machines. Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Ventura, CA
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathe machines to achieve precision in machined parts.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, process sheets, and sketches for cutting and shaping metal.
  • Plan assignments and set up machine shop equipment, adjusting tools as necessary.
  • Inspect operations to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
  • Monitor machine settings for accuracy and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Adhere to defined procedures and guidelines for decision-making.
  • Execute routine manual tasks following established rules.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Basic technical knowledge in the machine operation discipline.
  • Ability to interpret work orders and engineering plans.
  • Capable of making simple judgments in straightforward situations.
  • No prior experience required, training will be provided.
