What's a typical day as CNC Plasma Operator? You'll be:

• Setting up and operating state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutting equipment.
• Verifying job details and preparing materials for precise cutting using cranes and forklifts.
• Monitoring cut quality and making real-time adjustments for optimal results.
• Inspecting finished steel parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Keeping clear documentation and collaborating closely with loaders, material handlers, and downstream teams.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance and maintaining a clean work area.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Can read a tape measure, interpret blueprints, and use precision measuring tools.
• Are able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Communicate and work well in fast-paced environments.
• Have at least 1 year of CNC plasma or machine operation experience.
• Can troubleshoot and efficiently adapt to changing priorities.
