Kelly Services, in collaboration with a leading manufacturing organization is looking to hire several CNC Machinists to join the client's team on a permanent basis. Our client is experiencing ongoing growth and business expansion into 2025, having recently secured a new seven-year government contract. This is a direct hire CNC Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Job Details:
• Two shift options available:
Night Shift: 7:30pm-6:00am Monday – Thursday, enjoy a three-day weekend each week!
Weekend Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Friday-Sunday, work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!
Position Information:
• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes including configuring machine settings, installing tools, and preparing materials according to process documentation
• Complete quality inspections of parts including 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using calipers, comparators, gauges and CMM equipment
• Deburr or rework of work in process as needed
• Troubleshoot and correct equipment or tooling issues as well as completing operator level machine maintenance
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with CNC Mill set-up and operation
• Strong understanding of x, y, z axis, ability read blueprints, and ability to complete basic mathematical functions
• Previous experience operating Citizen Swiss lathe preferred
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
