Commercial Credit Analyst
Salary: $72,000–$82,000 annually
Location: Brockton, MA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're partnering with a well-established financial institution in the Brockton area to find a Commercial Credit Analyst to join their Commercial Lending Division. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys financial analysis and wants to contribute directly to the growth and stability of a commercial loan portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently analyze commercial real estate, construction, and C&I loan requests

  • Spread financial statements and evaluate cash flow, collateral, and borrower strength

  • Prepare credit memorandums for new approvals, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews

  • Approve loans within lending authority or make recommendations for others

  • Monitor portfolio performance and assist in managing risk

  • Review appraisals, environmental reports, and other credit-related documentation

  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state lending laws

  • Stay current on industry trends, economic factors, and lending regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or loan review

  • Formal credit training preferred

  • Familiarity with Abrigo Sageworks and Jack Henry is a plus

  • Strong analytical, written communication, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
