Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.17 - $56.95 Per Hour

What's a typical day as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician? You'll be:
• Responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems
• Working with chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water treatment equipment, controls, and other building mechanical and electrical equipment
• Familiar with kitchen and refrigeration equipment and all refrigerants
• Collaborating with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely completion of workload
• Maintaining safe work practices in accordance with OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have at least 5 years of Field Service experience maintaining similar type and size commercial equipment
• Possess a current Universal CFC certification
• Have strong oral and written communication skills
• Can follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Have knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices
• Hold a valid Driver's license and maintain a good driving record
• Can stand, sit, or squat for extended periods of time
• Are able to lift, move, and carry material up to 50 lbs.
• Can climb stairs, ladders, and work at extended heights
• Are willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
