Kelly® is seeking a Commercial Strategy Analyst III to support a top oil and gas client in Spring, Texas.


This is a fantastic opportunity to provide analytical and strategic support to enable commercial optimization, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation across all business lines at the enterprise level.

Job Title: PARM Coverage Strategy Analyst
Location: Onsite – Spring, Texas
Contract: 1 Year
Compensation: Up to $115 per hour (DOE)
  Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies for processing aids and raw materials.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario planning to optimize strategy, valuations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyze and consolidate key internal and external data, including spend, supplier performance, and market conditions.
  • Monitor global supply markets, geopolitical trends, and supplier capabilities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain models to track value and develop risk profiles.
  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and data providers to synthesize market insights.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including supply chain teams, procurement, research, finance, and executive leadership.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Business analysis and modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with database queries, SAP, and/or PowerBI is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights at the senior-executive level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative approach; ability to influence across multiple functions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain value levers and commercial optimization.
  • Prior experience in oil & gas or chemical supply chains (preferred).
