Compounder Supervisor
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Compounder Supervisor for a direct-hire position in Torrance, CA. Salary: $80,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Overview The Client is an industry-leading company specializing in formulating and producing high-quality skincare, hair care, body care, and OTC products. Their mission is to transform ideas into market-ready solutions with speed, quality, and excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the compounding and pre-mixing departments, ensuring safety, compliance, and production efficiency. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise compounder team
  • Provide oversight—ensuring workflow efficiency and batch execution.
  • Lead daily meetings to communicate production goals and operational priorities.
  • Track, monitor, and report on KPIs to leadership.
  • Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring timely execution of batches.
  • Offer hands-on guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop team skillsets.
  • Promote a positive, solution-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, FDA guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, R&D, and Production leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a compounding manufacturing environment.
  • Compounding background required (cosmetic, personal care, or OTC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of FDA, GMP, and SOP regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and drive continuous improvement.
