Salary/Compensation
• Competitive pay: $45–$50 per hour
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage schedules, coordinate on-site meetings, and ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate resource constraints and drive timely issue resolution.
• Complete and maintain commissioning documentation.
• Act as the on-site safety lead, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management (10 years or less preferred).
• Excel at communication and collaboration in high-energy environments.
• Onsite construction experience is required—candidates with telecommunications or IT backgrounds will not be considered.
• Experience in commissioning of building utilities, power generation systems, or data centers is strongly preferred.
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
• Available to work fully onsite in Dallas.
