Pay:  Based on Experience
Temporary for approximately 3 to 6 months
Schedule:  Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

What's a typical day as a Contract Recruiter? You'll be:
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. This position reports to the HR Manager.
• Assessing applicant qualifications through video interviews, reference checks, and alignment with job requirements.
• Attracting applicants through strategic job advertisements and maintaining candidate records in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and candidate development.
• Are familiar with state and federal laws related to recruitment and hiring processes.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
