About the Role
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role will be instrumental in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing key insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate financial strategies, policies, and objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, summarizing business performance, expenses, and earnings.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare required financial reports.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Provide management with timely financial reviews and operational insights.
  • Direct audits, tax planning, and financial risk management.
  • Supervise the accounting department, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to Macola Manufacturing ERP system processes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Macola Manufacturing ERP or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (if required).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
